Terri and Brent at NZ Pools were great to deal with. They oversaw the end to end process including the pool design, consents, build and installation and follow up and support. They communicated clearly through the whole process and were really easy to deal with. The team they had working on site during the build were the ultimate professionals. We have 3 generations of family living at our property. Every stage of the process of choosing a pool and having it installed was very professional and straight forward. All the work they did was at a high standard. They dealt with the planning and consent process with the local council. Brent provided excellent training for pool maintenance and follow up advice. The pool provides us with a place to cool off and be refreshed in the hot Martinborough summer and the spa provides all year round pleasure, relaxation and enjoyable communal times!

We absolutely love our pool!!! Being able to control both the heat and the spa from our phones is the ultimate in convenience as is being able to easily move from the pool to the spa pretty much without leaving the water! The service from NZ Pools has been fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of installing a pool.

After some years of procrastination, we worked with NZ pools to create what has become ‘an investment in life’. The pool not only looks great but more importantly brings families together. The pool provides great entertainment for all. It is something we all use, a focal point for any entertaining - adults and children alike. We wish we had made the decision to do this sooner.
