We have had an enjoyable experience working with Pool Builders Waikato. The team were great to deal with during the planning phase & we were regularly informed about shipping delays (outside of their control). The construction team done a good job with managing the worksite considering we have 3 children & a dog. The delays with delivery meant that we were unfortunately unable to be home when the pool was lifted over the house however Susan was great & sent images through from start to finish which made the kids very happy. Since having the pool installed we have continued to take our water samples into the shop & the service we have received has been great. Highly recommend working with Pool Builders Waikato to have your pool installed.

We purchased a new pool from Pool Builders Waikato in 2018 after meeting them, and various other pool installers at the Waikato Home Show. We were at the end of an extensive house renovation and had run out of energy and funds but the team at Pool Builders were incredibly patient with us. Susan took us to other customers properties to compare various pool colours as we took a risk with a dark pool (that we love). The pool was installed really quickly arriving on a Monday and was filled with water by Wednesday and we have enjoyed it ever since. We had a couple of issues with the salt water chlorinator which was not a product made by PBW but these issues were resolved really quickly. They have been super helpful with water testing and making sure that our pool always looks sparkling and we would totally recommend their pools, service, backup and maintenance services.

Pool Builders Waikato put in our dream swimming pool. They listened carefully to our needs, provided options when we experienced obstacles (eg. underground pipes and wires), and have provided ongoing advice. It was also alot more affordable to work with this company than others, according to the quotes we got. The main thing that has impressed me is the personal service and focus on teaching us the basics of pool care. It can be a big learning curve but I have found them supportive, patient, and available since pool construction. I would totally recommend them.

Thank you to PBW for our pool. We love love love it. The whole process was so super simple - from start to finish. All of the staff were so easy to deal with. Communication was great and they listened to what we wanted. I cannot fault them or their workmanship. The pool is amazing, other than having an influx of friends popping in ALL the time.
I would highly recommended to everyone.
PBW really did make our dream come true. And so easily.

We have had a great experience dealing with Pool Builders Waikato -This includes the time from the construction of the pool and surrounding area and then they have exceeded expectations with their aftersales service. I always take pool water into their shop for testing and Susan and Kim always very friendly and great to deal with. If anything needs checking with the pool -Dave has also been very helpful. Very happy to recommend this company :)
